 Hiring For Crew Members, Leaders, Truck Drivers, Power Washer. 

-$18-$25 per hour depending on experience

-Quick Raises come as new skills are learned and quality of work improves/reliable

-Payroll Weekly

-Paid 30min Lunch and 2 Paid 15 min breaks (daily)

-Work (4) 10/12hrs days. Have Friday off!

     or work (5) 8/10Hrs days

-6/7AM-4:30pm. Latest we work is 6pm BUT NOT OFTEN 

-40+hrs a week. +Overtime (time & 1/2)

- NO WEEKENDS EVER. NEVER EVER. 

-Will Reimburse or buy new work boots after 3 months of reliable Full-time employment 

-After 60 days & 40hr work week, 5 days paid off. +Can earn more PTO with good attendance & reliable quality work. 

- Will buy breakfast, lunch, drinks, and fill your tank a few times a month. 

-Can work with your Schedule. VERY FLEXIBLE

-Smoking Cigarettes & vaping is VERY VERY HIGHLY EXTREMLY DISCOURAGED but will tolerate. 

-Clean and organized trucks with new tools and regularly maintained equipment

-Work shirts, Hats, Coats, Bluetooth hearing protection, gloves, and safety sunglasses are supplied.

MUST:

- Must be able to pick up and push 50lb repeatedly 

- Must be able to handle extreme weather conditions. 

-Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

-Must be an encouraging and helpful team member

-Must be kind, friendly, and have a good work ethic.

-Must be able to maintain good Communication.

-Must work with your heart.

DAILY TASK/JOB RESPONSABLITIES:

-Prep trucks/vans for jobs each morning 

   -Load tools, plants, materials, and equipment.

   -Fill equipment with gas. Mix 2 stroke.

   -Keep Supplies in Trucks/vans stocked

-Driving Trucks & trailers 

-Fill out work orders & other Paperwork

-Mowing with zero turn mowers 

-Mulching & Bed edging 

-Planting new plants, removing unwanted plants, and plant maintenance 

-Relaying Client request

-Speaking with clients & Suppliers/ build relationships with clients & Suppliers

-Seek out more work opportunities
